Memory images presented in a format inspired by an altered
Scottish photograph album found in a flea market. Bill Kelly: “Conceived the way a duck hunter or ice fisherman would carve, then use, a decoy, these ideas are lures into a reflective state, where both the reader and the writer are tricked into a belief that what is felt is the truth…or nearly so.”

Copper drypoints printed white on black are reminiscent of ancient glyphs. Found nineteenth-century photographs and photographs by the artist have been culled from travels across the country and inset beneath gatefolds. Poems appear in different shapes and contexts as well.
